0.4.3.1 Halo effect is bleaching out the camera

So, heads up, having a halo of any kind on my scene is causing bleaching of the camera - essentially it gets brighter and brighter... and so on forever!

So I cut that and it's fine. Halos are not that big a deal, but they would be nice to use.
