1. Game says to set Oculus App Id when its already set 2. Game crashes at random moment or on start

For the appid exceptions: are you running using the editor? Did you put in the application ID in [Oculus] > [Platform] > [Edit Settings]? Does the error persist if you run in the Quest?

I'm not sure with the 2nd. Would be really helpful if you can produce more logs, preferably from within the engine.

Second bug is kinda fixed, no one is getting kicked anymore. Some people still cant load in the game they just getting kicked out and I dont even have their logs😢
