11/25/2019 Update of Oculus Integration (via Asset Store) won't unpack

"Could not read from encrypted package file." This happens when attempting to download/install from asset store.  Tried on two different PCs and into empty projects. Happens the same.

Can confirm that I've run into the same problem myself. I rolled back by build to a couple different versions and tried downloading the Oculus Integration and ran into this problem every time.
