11/25/2019 Update of Oculus Integration (via Asset Store) won't unpack

"Could not read from encrypted package file."

This happens when attempting to download/install from asset store.  Tried on two different PCs and into empty projects. Happens the same.

    Update: The v1.43 has been successfully uploaded and should now download, extract, and import properly.
