Android manifest not allowing game to launch.

Hello! I have ran into an issue. Whenever I use a custom manifest which is required to upload my game to the platform, my game crashes. My manifest seems to work when I submit it to the developer hub. However, the game does not run on the headset. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
