Animated lightmaps in Unity (Gear VR) ?
Is it possible to have animated lightmaps, similar to what Quake has, in Unity for Gear VR?
I recall seeing a tutorial on how to use emission lightmaps ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bbW44s4MF9k ), but I wonder if there is another way.
Thanks.

- motorsepStart PartnerBump! Please help.
- SvenVikingExpert ProtegeIt'd definitely be useful to be able to switch lightmaps at runtime. If I remember correctly the Time Rifters guys said something along those lines worked in Unity 4 but not 5, and it was necessary enough for their game that they ultimately dropped VR support because of it?

What about emission map? Would that work?
How do you light dynamic objects? I noticed lightmapping in Unity is nothing like in Quake's - there is no 3D lightgrid that affects dynamic objects :(
