Any tutorials for Unity / Touch and FPS with Health Bar?

I need a decent Unity / Touch tutorial that involves FPS basics and enemy health bar.  I can grab a weapon & fire it, but having issues.
I have a beginners knowledge of C#.  Can't find anything decent for free online.  Will pay if needed.  Lil' help?
