Are 3D models included in the Oculus Integration package under licence CC0 (public domain)?

I want to publish a plugin for Unity on the Unity Asset Store. The package includes, among other models and scripts, a copy of the 3D models for hand tracking included in the Oculus Integration package (OculusHand_L.fbx y OculusHand_R.fbx).

I want to know if I can distribute, modify and make commercial use of the 3D hands included in the Oculus Integration package for Unity.

    JRTI. Content of SDK package is under Oculus Software Developer Kit License Agreement. Redistribution is allowed if a copy of that License is included in the Unity package.
