Baked Lighting Issue on different computers.
Hey,
When I zip up and copy my files for my complete game and take them to another computer and headset to test with. all of my lighting and normal maps in any levels that use baked lighting are missing. The game runs fine though.. just looks bad.
I copy the Data folder as well as the normal and direct to rift launch files. And all is good, runs smooth, but I think the lighting data is missing and needs to be copied also. Problem is I can't seem to find those files and I imagined they would be included in the data folder.
Thanks for any help.

- jmorris142ExplorerIf it helps, here is a visual example of the issue. Everything on the left side, working as intended.
Right side any other computer and DK2 I take my build to. I have narrowed this down to baked lightmaps in Unity only because levels further into the game demo that don't use baked lighting look correct. BTW I am using lightmaps to keep the framerate over 75, and making a layered lighting setup for only dynamic actors.. seems to make a huge difference in framerate. What I don't understand is why it looks correct only on my home PC, even though I copy the complete data folder for the level etc. I was wondering why my friends helping me test were saying how dark it was and how it looked better towards the end:).Demo is finished, just waiting to fix up this issue. Thanks
- vrdavebOculus StaffDepending on how your shaders are written, they may not work on your home PC. Unity could be using fallbacks as described here http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/SL-Fallback.html. What shaders are you using? Can you send the log from each machine?
- jmorris142ExplorerHey thank you, I am using a standard unity shader, Bumped Specular, in unity 4.6.1f1
I can send the log file, just to be sure I send the right thing, what is the name of the log I am looking for and do you mean from unity log or oculus etc. - cyberealityGrand ChampionThe log is called "output_log.txt" and is in the same folder as the game exe file.
- jmorris142ExplorerAwesome, thank you, I will get those and send through.
