[BuildingBlock] Platform Init Error: Failed to initialize OvrPlatform

Error: Failed to initialize OvrPlatform - Failed to initialize Standalone Platform with error UNKNOWN. Please clear the login credentials and retry again.
I try Clear Credentials，but it still is error.
What should I do?
