carousel menu creation

Hello,
The UI system tutorial on the blog was really helpful in getting a good understanding of the gaze and other UI functionalities. I was wondering if anyone had pointers(tutorials) or tips to how the scrolling menus are created like in the MilkVR app , where the user can scroll the various menus. TIA
