Controller driven hand poses are working differently in different computers and laptops

I have tried controller driven hand poses in 2 different PCs and a laptop and in each device, controller driven hand poses show different results (OVR managers parameters are same)
1) PC 1 - No visible controllers just hands
2) PC 2 - Both controllers and hands
3) Laptop - only controllers no hands

How can i solve this problem?
