Custom Hands not appearing in Unity 2020.2.0f1

When I run the CustomHands scene in /SampleFramework the hands do not appear.  I'm running the latest Oculus Integration (20.1) and Oculus XR Plugin (1.6.1) and I entered the App id into Oculus -> Avatars and Oculus -> Platform.

Any ideas?
