Disabling "head" scrolling

Hi, I have a scroller in my app. Scrolling works great when swiping the touchpad. You can also scroll by holding touchpad "button" and looking up/down. Is there a way to disable the second option? I want to allow drag by swipe only.

I'm using Unity 5.4.2f2 with Oculus utilities 1.9.0 and OVRPlugin 1.8.0

I have a scroller in my app.

What scroller do you mean? It sounds like you are using a script that checks for tap and hold on the touchpad. Depending on how you're doing that, you probably need to disable it in code.

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. I am using EnhancedScroller from the Asset store. I added a default scroller and it behaves the same way. When you hold down touchpad and move your head up/down or left/right scroller's content moves too. This is what I want to prevent.

@imperativity : did you manage to replicate the issue?

I made a script that inherits ScrollRect and implemented empty OnDrag, OnDragBegin and OnDragEnded. But now, dragging is completely disabled.

These are the steps to replicate the issue:

    1. Start dragging touchpad (this should make scrollrect scroll)
    2. Now stop dragging but don't release the finger yet
    3. Now try looking up/down/left/right while still holding down your finger

P.S. I'm using gaze cursor from Oculus Sample Framework

That's great to hear. So it's OVRInputModule that's causing this problem? Thanks again for taking your time to look into this issue. I'll wait the update patiently :)

Hi, any news on the update? Is this in the latest Framework (1.12)?
