DllNotFoundException: LibOVRPlatform64_1 assembly:<unknown assembly> type:<unknown type>

I got the error message on PC when I tried to get user entitlements. I've already created a test app on your Meta developer dash, added myself as a user, and inserted app id in oculus platform settings. However, it still didn't work. Does anyone know what might be the problem?
