Do Meta Avatars 2.0 Legs not IK Move?

Thanks for the reply. I took another look at the Meta Avatars SDK documentation and could not find any info on the legs other than this comment in the bug fixes:
- Fixed default/custom animation transition in LegsNetworkLoopback scene
It is this very LegsNetworkLoopback scene that I have been testing with. Out of the box your local avatar is in First person and has no legs at all. Only the remote RemoteLoopbackAvatars have legs and yes they do move with IK as a mirror to the local avatar. I should have been clear in my initial post that I am asking about the local avatar legs. I am looking for confirmation that the local avatar can have IK legs, and if so, how to turn them on please.
