Grats! Altspace requires a login to proceed. Netflix does as well.
However, it's also possible that the "standards" does not indicate an issue with the login process, but your app in general. Unfortunately the submissions team is very vague on feedback regarding what you need to do to increase the overall quality of your app to meet the content standards.
