Enable Oculus system Hand Tracking with raycaster and pinch inside own app

Is there resource we can use in order to get the Oculus launcher's hand gesture UI design( the cursor ,raycaster and pinch) implement inside our own app?

Exactly this one :

I haven't seen any off the shelf tools that reproduce the look and feel of the Oculus launcher's hand interactions. The best starting point might be Microsoft's Mixed Reality Toolkit. It has a plugin for Oculus Quest hand tracking and has polished raycasting and pinch interaction with Unity UI. But it's a fairly heavyweight solution that comes with a bunch of additional features you may or may not want, though. And unfortunately MRTK doesn't reproduce that nice feedback of the squeezable pointer and cursor.
