error : "something went wrong. we're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can"

Hi all, i have a problem.
I submitted an app to the store and i get my  "Approved  (keys only)". It's ok for me.
So i went to generate my 50 keys and give them to 2 users for testing.
One of them tell me that the code is wrong and get this message " something went wrong. we're working on getting it fixed as soon as we can".(of course code was never used before). Did we do something wrong?
