Error, got an avatar specification callback from a user id we don't have a record for.

I'm seeing this error reported many times in the Unity online services for my just-released app 'A fear of heights, and other things':

Exception: Error, got an avatar specification callback from a user id we don't have a record for.


Stack trace

OvrAvatarSDKManager.Update ()


What causes this and is there a fix?
