I opened a bug report today about this, cos I run into the same problem.

Unity 6.0.29f1, NGO 2.3.1 and Meta Movement SDK v74. As it seems it is only accepting NGO 1.7.1 (at least in my case) but downgrading the NGO is not really an option for me - so let us see, what the techteam can do.
