Exporting and "Taking a while to load" warning
Hi all,
This is my first time doing development work with Unity and CV1.
I am developing stuff for my work which will use internally, and not going to release to public. I am using the VRTK, Oculus Utilities and avatar package. After I have finished all the development work in Unity which is working fine. And now want to export to PC platform. It is built without any problem but when I launch the .exe, it shows my application is taking a while to load If this issue persists, please take off your headset and check this app on your computer. I waited for a while, but nothing happens.
Is there any special setting I need to export build or do need a Oculus APP ID in order to run things even for internally use?
Thanks
Derek

- InnerExodusAdventurerHi,
Is this the first application using VRTK? Also, which versions of Oculus Utilities and Avatar SDK are you using?
This will help us in narrowing down your issue. Thanks! - dereklam0528Honored Guest

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply. It turns out it has nothing to do with VRTK. The application didn't "like" the "Mixed" light setting. - InnerExodusAdventurerExcellent to hear. Thank you for updating this thread with your follow-up fix.
