Fatal Error gc: too many threads
Hey guys,
did experience some problems while running Unity with the Rift connected ? After a little time, I am always getting this error message "Fata error in gc : too many thread".
This appears only when using multiple monitors. When working on my laptop screen only, I never get it.
Any idea what to do ?
I read some posts on Unity forums saying that Unity editor should be used on the main screen; but Oculus guidelines for Unity integration recommends to set the Rift as the main display... What to do ?
I am using a Dell precision 4800 laptop with Nvidia Quadro 1100M, windows 7 pro and Unity 4.3.1.
Thanks
Ben

- grodenglaiveHonored GuestUnity 4.2 runs fine for me whether the rift is set as extended display (not as main) or as a duplicate display. Unity always crashes for me if I change screen settings while it is open though.

did you try with Rift set as main display and Unity editor and other windows on your secondary screen ?
Does it crash ?
