GearVR: long press the Home button to reset the scene direction

After GearVR was updated, long press the Controller's Home button , not only reset the Controller's direction but also reset the scene's direction. This is what I don't need. What can I do to calibrate the handle only and the scene is excluded.  Thanks !!
