Github repository for tools

I tried to release this to the Unity Asset store. But they said it was too small.

BumpBuildVersion updates the version number each time you build.

And on Android (Oculus) it increments the Bundle Version Code needed to push the the Meta App store.

I plan on expanding this repository and adding more tools.
