Gone Native: Can't Disable Timewarp or Adjust Field of View
So, I had this really great telescope effect in my project that now no longer works after having gone native.
Adjusting Field of View on the camera now does nothing while VR is enabled. This means no more zooming-in with the telescope.
Secondly, disabling Timewarp had a really nice effect where the camera was locked in place while head-tracking was still enabled. This allowed you to look down the barrel of the telescope at a focused target without inducing nausea because you could still move your head around.
Scaling the CameraRig doesn't seem to work as well as it used to in shrinking/growing the player's size.
Lastly, there doesn't appear to be a way to disable head-tracking whatsoever, which is a shame because there were a couple of instances where I'd do so for just a few milliseconds, which fixed issues when moving the player object around.
Is there a way to make these work again using the native implementation? Will the upcoming release have anything similar in it?
This quest for simplicity is starting to seem like a big step backward.
