Solution
Good news if you are encountering this issue: you do not have to change anything to your project.
Steps: Go to Files C: Users \ Your Name \ .gradle and delete the entire .gradle folder. I think this clears any cashed build info to your project since a possible reason for the Gradle Error is having duplicated apk info.(https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/android-gradle-troubleshooting.html)

When I try to delete the file, it says that it's in use by another program, but I don't have Unity open. Is there a way to force-delete it?
