Hello. I'm new to Oculus development and trying to run the HandsInteractionTrainScene sample on a Quest 2.
Here's what I've done:
Here's what I've done:
- New Unity 2020.2.1f1 project
- Build Settings -> Switch Platform to Android
- Project Settings -> Install XR Plug-in
- Project Settings -> XR Plug-in Management -> Android -> Enable Oculus
- Player Settings -> Identification -> Minimum API Level -> Android 6.0 Marshmallow (API Level 23)
- Package Manager -> My Assets -> Oculus Integration 23.1 -> Import
- Open "Project -> Assets -> Oculus -> SampleFramework -> Usage -> HandsInteractionTrainScene"
- Build Train.apk
- Deploy APK using Oculus Developer Hub
- Start App

- scepticalchymisExplorerI had the same problem. In the HandsInteractionTrainScene, click the OVRCameraRig object. In the Inspector tab, under OVR Manager, under Quest Features, set Hand Tracking Support to Hands Only. This way your Oculus will make sure you're in hands mode when you run the app.
