Having issues running a build of my new project

the crash log is saying : [VRDevice] Initialization of device oculus failed.

Though my rift is working fine in oculus home and other games. I have the newest everything installed. No idea whats wrong. Any ideas?

    nvm again. deleting the plugins and reinstalling the plugins fixed the problem :)
