How can I keep to run the game in desktop Standalone build when the headset not wearing ?

My game is run on PC desktop and connect Monitor + Oculus with touch
When I wear the headset In the desktop Standalone build, the game is running and I can see the game view in monitor and oculus.
But how can I keep to game running even the headset not wearing? because I want to show some messages on the monitor.
