how to access my game in alpha testing

so for a while now ive been learning to use unity and the meta sdk's with it. i decided to make a vr game and uploaded it to alpha all went great except now i dont know how to access the app for beta testing so my friends can use it. please help!

    I think it's cool that you've made a VR game, seems like this is an issue that our developer team can help you with so that you can show off your cool new VR game to your friends.
