How to Retrieve FaceState Data for custom development?

I am developing a vr game which trying to use the facial expression value to define whether the user pass or not.
But I am stucking on how to get target data (e.g. Lip_Corner_Puller_L) as the value.

Is there anyone know how to have the data??
