How to send a quick signal to oculus quest?

I have created an app and I want it to realize that given a signal and I can draw lines through handtracking. But it seems that quest controllers and handtracking cannot work at the same time, so I turned to tcp, but it works bad finally. How to solve this problem? Giving a gesture to start is too redundant.
