How to upgrade a project to the latest version of Oculus Integration.

I am working on a game and want to use the latest version of Oculus Integration. I tried simply re-importing it, but all I got was errors, and I still didn't have Oculus Avatars and Oculus Platform in the menu. Does anyone know how to upgrade a project to the latest version of Oculus Integration?

    I did not follow the guide here: https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/unity/latest/concepts/unity-import/ and got into a lot of trouble.. So I guess you really should follow that guide and delete some old stuff before importing the latest version!

    Thanks for the info, unfortunately. the document was written for version 1.22 not 1.29. The only file I found was the AndroidManifest.xml. The other files were not in the Asset folder (and it's sub-folders). 

    Is there an updated document?
