How to use Meta Avatar GLB locally

I have a question, i want to use preset avatar, and i extracted the zip file to get GLB, but it can not drag into scene.
I also download GLTFUtility that can be used in Loading GLB in UNity, but it not work with preset meta avatar.

do you guys have solution about that? i just wanna use Local Meta Avatar in Unity
