im trying to make an Oculus Go app but it needs to communicate to an arduino, other issues below

First - can't figure out how to get an Arduino to calculate the speed of a bicycle and send the data to the app for that to be the speed the bike goes in VR 
- oculus integration won't work for me  
- can't figure out how to make randomly generated terrain that is bigger than a certain amount
- I can't find out how to use the controller's touch controls as I want that to be used for steering (not buttons (but that would be helpful too) the touchpad on the controller)

Any help would be greatly appreciated
