I ran into this same issue importing the Avatars SDK. I had to step back to Avatar SDK 24.0.0 and that did work for importing. I suspect that there is something wrong with the latest version installer. Thanks. This is what I ended up doing.
Unfortunately, still experiencing this error. Tried downloading 24.0.0 and it looks the same as the latest version. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here -_-
