Issues with Unity 4.5.3 and DirectToRift

Updated to the latest Unity 4.5.3 and when I do builds and run the DirectToRift, it just sends the display to the desktop and not the DK2. Builds with 4.5.2 and earlier worked fine using DirectToRift ...

Is it possible you're just seeing the mirroring in action, and it's actually still showing in the DK2 as well? When I changed from 4.5.2 to 4.5.3 I didn't see any change in behavior when doing Direct HMD Access + DirectToRift.exe.
