Latest "Oculus Integration 1.32" - 'System.Security' error. Can't use headset at all.

Hi, downloaded latest "Oculus Integration" I can't run anything in Unity 2018.3.0f2 or 2018.2.19f1 I'm getting this error:  Assets\Oculus\Avatar\Scripts\OvrAvatarSkinnedMeshRenderPBSV2Component....

I fixed this issue by changing the API Compatibility Level to .NET 4.x.
