Am having the same problem unfortunately. Of note is that in an earlier build of my game, it worked fine. I then did some upgrades to add mixed reality functionality and now it is broken. The error message is
"Error submitting high score: error code is 3, error type is Oculus.Platform.Models.Error, http code is -1 and message is Could not resolve host: graph.oculus.com Couldn't resolve host name"
I raised a ticket with the meta development team and their answer is "We've viewed your logs and it seems that you are having trouble connecting to the host site please make sure that your internet connection is stable and try again." I don't see how this can be considering there is no problem with the internet connection and that it worked fine before i upgraded some packages.
Am hoping someone knows the answer to this as it is literally the last thing i need to fix before i can release my game and i've been stuck on this for a while
