Meta Quest 3 V76.1024 Gray Grid

Hey, I've been building from unity my apk's (and obb) as usual and since the last update of my headset I keep getting stuck in a gray grid, it happens randomly, or just after building or after 15 minutes. Also, I can't get out of the grid in any way, not even with controller and trying to exit to menu, the only options I have are the power options. Anyone else running into this?
