Meta XR All in One SDK 71.0.0 - Project Setup Tool - OpenXR Plugin - Outstanding Issue

Having a weird issue with the new SDK.  Just downloaded + installed it in a fresh unity project.  Trying to test it out in the simplest scene possible using Building Blocks (see image) Follow...

Confirmed this isn't an issue in the 69.0.1 SDK.  I'll downgrade to that one for now.
