Meta XR All in One SDK 71.0.0 - Project Setup Tool - OpenXR Plugin - Outstanding Issue

Just trying to get started and also encountered this issue. Is this the right place to look for a solution? Is there a solution now?

Read a lot of negative reviews of the all in one meta SDK in the unity asset store. Still want to try it out. But if errors like these keep coming up it's hard to work with this...
