Modifying Jump Speed with OVRPlayerController

Hi there. I'm developing a game where the player can enter a chamber with low gravity. When they enter the chamber (by walking through a trigger) I wanted to slow down the speed at which they jump upward in the air (technically the chamber has no oxygen but anyways...). I'm able to modify the gravity (slowing their descent) and increase the height at which they jump but I can't seem to find how to slow the jump speed, which is currently really quick. I'm using Unity 5.1 with OVR SDK 0.6.0.1. All other features work fantastic. Thanks!

  • The jump functionality is pretty bare-bones and I would not recommend using that in a real game.

    However, if you want to try to make it work, look around starting at line 181 of OVRPlayerController.cs.
