Motion blur in screenshots from single view

I love having the new single view on the monitor, thank you! I'm having a strange issue with it though, it has a heavy motion blur on it. I have zero motion blur effects on my cameras, obviously that wouldn't work in VR. Its not just the screen image, it shows in my screenshots, making it hard to get a nice crisp photo. Although the effect is interesting like a real digital camera, I would need to control it. I'm not seeing where this comes from, anyone else? Happens on full and windowed screen, DX11...win7 and 8, gtx970 & gtx980
