My build showing 2d view on oculus i need 3d view

hello friends,

i need one solution of the my game i make 3d game in unity for vr using XR interaction toolkit now i am doing a hand tracking in the game using OpenXR but my build showing on oculus in 2d mode i need to in 3d so what i do 
when i doing oculus in XR Plugin management it will work but hand tracking not working
