No Dolby Atmos Decoder in MediaCodec on Meta Quest 3 v78

I noticed information about Dolby ATMOS in the Meta Quest Build 78.0 release notes. However, based on the "Determining the Dolby decoding capabilities of the device" section in the following webpage:

I found that there is no Dolby-related decoder in MediaCodec with OS version 78.

Could you please provide guidance on how to use Dolby Atmos on version 78? It would be great if you could share some examples. Thank you!
