[Oculus Go/ C#] How to start different app ingame via script

Hello!
I want to create a hub for my oculus go (like oculus home) to start different games (not my own - so I've got no code). It should work like an intent for android, calling a different program ingame and return back to my hub after closing it. 

Is there an easy way to do this?
