[Oculus Go] How to add Popup Notifications?

Whenever I start my app the first time after a fresh install I get a popup asking me for microphone permission. I can Allow or Deny it.
Is it possible to have native popups in Unity with an OK button for example? Either overlaying the app or switching to the same realm the permission dialog is prompted?
