Oculus Platform Settings 2FA Device confirmation code support?
Why does the Unity Oculus Plugin not support 2FA/Device Confirmation codes on sign in through Oculus > Platform > Settings under Standalone platform > User Credentials.
When signing in first time, it won't allow sign in until the device confirmation code is used which is done through logging in via web browser. The Unity plugin's login form has no handling of 2FA / Device Confirmation codes and will just say user credentials are invalid instead.

This too caused me some grief before I realized it was 2fa. Would be great if the integration handled this as I think every developer should have 2fa enabled. Maybe at a minimum the error can state that it cannot handle 2fa.

Is there any workaround to this?

Not that I am aware of, but if you find a solution, please let us know.

I found out that adding a new member to the Meta/Oculus account's Test Users page, then you can login with those credentials (Test User email and password) under Unity Editor Settings.
Still not clear to me what this "Use Standalone Platform" is it for...
I believed it allowed to debug the Unity app without the need of the "linked" headset, but I'm quite sure I was wrong about it.
